The current average of 24 new cases per day is down from a recent high of 45 cases per day in late August and up from a recent low of about nine cases per day in early August.
Six additional fatalities linked to COVID-19 were recorded over the weekend, with 219 people having lost their lives to the coronavirus.
To date, the county has seen 11,268 cases of covid, with 361 deaths.
The county reports that in the past 48 hours, 1,491 tests were processed.
The Darke County General Health District reported the county has 736 positive cases with 72 hospitalizations since the pandemic started. That makes the recovery rate almost 96% in cases with an outcome.
The HPSC has also been notified that one more person with Covid-19 has died in Ireland.
There are now five active cases of COVID-19 across Renfrew County and District and all individuals are self isolating. Among jail workers, the county reports there have been a total of 15 positive cases - two new ones within the past week.
Henry reported no new outbreaks, but said four have been declared over are three care homes - at Holy Family Hospital, MSA Manor, Czorny Alzheimer Centre, and George Derby Centre. A total of 120 employees have been tested, with 105 being negative.
