Pulisic, Azpilicueta to miss Bayern tie - Lampard

Explained: Why Arsenal need FA Cup victory more than Chelsea

The gunners were on Saturday crowned the Emirates FA Cup Champions after beating Chelsea 2-1 thanks to two goals from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Frank Lampard has ruled Christian Pulisic and Cesar Azpilicueta out of Chelsea's Champions League tie with Bayern Munich after they both picked up hamstring injuries in the FA Cup final.

Now, the former Arsenal captain has opened up on the main differences he felt playing for the Gunners and the Blues over the years.

Arteta was asked about Aubameyang's future after their FA Cup final win, with the Gunners boss admitting he's confident the striker will stay.

Aubameyang has entered the final year of his contract at Arsenal and he is yet to put pen to paper to a new deal and most gooners were so happy that they have not only won the Emirates FA Cup but that they might have done something that could keep the Gabon global at the club as there were reports that he would stay at the Emirates Stadium if they play in an European competition.

Arteta would surely have liked to have these players, particularly Martinelli who scored against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in January and Leno, as they look to secure a Europa League spot and lift some silverware.

When will the Arsenal vs Chelsea FA Cup final be played?

"I think he wants to stay, it is about getting the deal done". Mikel Arteta told Arsenal Player.

"He's been an incredible servant and I'm disappointed for him". Let us know your thoughts in the comments.

Arsenal hero Ian Wright says the club must back Mikel Arteta and bring top players around Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to keep him at the club.

"When I was young I always wanted to play the handsome game, but there are always five or six games a season that you need to struggle but win".
