Giuffre has recounted how she had a job at 16 handing out towels in a spa locker room at Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida before Maxwell lured her to work as a masseuse for Epstein, when he began sexually assaulting her.
Friday's order also covers a second deposition by an unnamed Epstein accuser that Maxwell also wanted kept under seal.
Others were allegedly a part of Epstein's group included United Kingdom royal Prince Andrew, former Vice President Al Gore, former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson and Epstein's former defense attorney Alan Dershowitz.
Much of what appears in the documents unsealed late Thursday in NY has previously been reported, including Giuffre's claim that Epstein and Maxwell turned her into a "sex slave" and trafficked her to a long line of wealthy and powerful men.
Maxwell, a 58-year-old British socialite, pleaded not guilty earlier in July to charges stemming from her alleged role in Epstein's so-called sex trafficking ring. She said the couple subsequently pressured her into having sex with numerous rich or notable men, including Britain's Prince Andrew, US politicians, wealthy entrepreneurs, a famous scientist and a fashion designer. Dershowitz defended himself vehemently on Twitter, saying Giuffre's accusations against him were false.
When asked by King whether she thought there should be men panicking over what Maxwell might tell authorities, Giuffre said she would "really hope they are".
According to the documents, Maxwell had remained in close contact with Epstein through email.
One email, sent from Epstein's email address but written in Maxwell's voice, appeared to be a draft a statement or set of talking points for Maxwell to use in defending herself. If convicted, she could face up to 35 years in prison.
Epstein killed himself last summer while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
Virginia Roberts Giuffre speaks during a press conference outside a Manhattan court in NY on August 27, 2019. "I can't wait for the day of truth to light", she said.
Giuffre over the years has told her story to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, but no charges were brought based on her allegations and she is not one of the three alleged victims in the current criminal case against Maxwell.
She was arrested on July 2 and has been held in a Brooklyn jail after a judge denied bail, calling her a flight risk.
"I would appreciate it if shelley would come out and say she was your g'friend - I think she was from end 99 to 2002", Maxwell wrote Epstein.
Two documents that were not released as scheduled Thursday were depositions Maxwell gave in the civil lawsuit in 2016.
Maxwell, 58, has pleaded not guilty to helping Epstein recruit and eventually abuse three girls from 1994 to 1997, and committing perjury by denying her involvement under oath.
They said Ms Maxwell had been promised confidentiality before being forced to answer many "personal, sensitive, and allegedly incriminatory questions", only to be sandbagged when prosecutors quoted from the deposition in her indictment.
