Both have now tested positive for coronavirus.

The set at the centre of the brand-new COVID-19 cluster, together with another unknown 21- year-old female, have actually been charged with one count each of supplying incorrect or deceptive files and scams over their supposed lies to authorities when they showed up in Brisbane.

Haja Timbo, 21, Olivia Muranga, 19, and Diana Lasu, 21, are facing up to five years in jail after returning to Queensland from a trip to Melbourne, via Sydney.

It comes as footage of Muranga ordering a cocktail at a Brisbane bar in the hours after she had a test for coronavirus was also aired by the show.

Hundreds of people from the families of around 700 students at Parkland Christian College, where one of the women works as a cleaner, lined up for testing on Thursday.

"Please apologize, I realise that the great inconvenience".

Qld Health on Friday evening issued a public health alert for anyone who attended a number of locations in the West Moreton and Brisbane South area to get tested for COVID-19 if experiencing any symptoms.

"(She) took immediate action to be tested and self-isolate once she became aware of potential exposure", the statement said.

"The investigation into the three women who have returned from Victoria into Queensland has obviously resulted in charges", Police Commissioner Katarina Carroll said.

All three women are now in quarantine under police guard and will appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on September 28.

"What is happening in Victoria could very well happen here", she said.

Deputy Commissioner Steve Gollschewski said police had high confidence they had all the details and information they needed in relation to the case.

'I'm very anxious about the second individual who has not been cooperative and has not shared where she's been, so we haven't been able to contact those venues, ' Queensland's Chief Health Officer Jeanette Young said.

Queensland on Thursday recorded three new coronavirus cases, including two linked to a previously identified Sydney cluster.

It is believed the man contracted the virus from another person who had already gotten the virus from others who unknowingly had Covid19. There is also a mad rush from NSW residents trying to squeeze past the border to beat the 1am deadline on Saturday.
