AMC Delays 'The Walking Dead' Season 10 Finale Due To Coronavirus

'The Walking Dead' season finale is being delayed due to coronavirus

What to expect in the last episode of The Walking Dead season 10? However, fans were left disappointed to hear the final episode of the series will be delayed amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Now, AMC has introduced that the season ten finale can even face a launch delay as a result of coronavirus.

The previous episode, titled "What We've Become", saw longtime star Danai Gurira ("Black Panther") in her last appearance as Michonne on the zombie apocalypse series.

Episode 15, the penultimate episode called The Tower, will then air the following Sunday on April 5. "Please follow us at@WalkingDead_AMC for updates", the broadcasting channel added. By the end of the episode, Michonne is seen with two leashed walkers as guards, joined by a new group of survivors, heading toward a mass of marching humans.

The Walking Dead had already postponed pre-production on season 11 after the TV industry in the United States and United Kingdom, like many other countries, ground to a halt earlier this month as coronavirus spread.

AMC had also recently revealed that the season premiere date for The Walking Dead: World Beyond had been canceled.

AMC has predicted April 13 to be the return date for production on the latest series.

It was previously announced that the new series "Walking Dead: World Beyond" would no longer bow on April 12 as originally planned.

The episode followed Michonne being imprisoned and drugged on a remote island by a stranger named Virgil (Kevin Carroll), which lead to hallucinations where she saw her former lover Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln).
