Shannen Doherty strives to find balance in the battle against stage 4 cancer

"I want to thank all of you for your love, prayers and support", the actress captions against an Instagram photo of her riding her horse across an orchard as a little Shetland pony trails behind. "It's an odd time correct now and I uncover my toes not completely beneath me", she wrote alongside {a photograph} of her driving a horse in a grassy space.

It was so weird for me to be diagnosed and then somebody who was seemingly healthy to go first. "I want people to know from me, I just didn't want them to know yet".

Shannen had gone public with her diagnosis now because she feared her health battles could come out in court documents relating to her legal fight with insurance company State Farm, who she is suing as she claimed some of her claims have been unjustly denied after her California home was damaged by fire in 2018.

The "90210" actress is now in a legal battle against State Farm Insurance over the costs of repairs to her home following the 2018 Woolsey fire.

"So my most cancers bought right here once more, and that's why I'm proper right here", she talked about on the time. I know this is hard and you feel overwhelmed, but I want you to do it.
