Orlando Bloom's new tattoo misspells his son's name

Orlando Bloom spells son Flynn's name incorrectly in new tattoo

"New #tattoo can you guess who?"

However, some people were quick to point out an error with the inking: Flynn's name was misspelled.

That's the predicament Orlando Bloom found himself in this week when days after getting his son Flynn's name inked in morse code on his forearm, fans pointed out that it was spelled incorrectly.

The lettering on Bloom's arm spells F-R-Y-N-N, with a single dot missing, symbolizing "R" rather than "L".

Well, Orlando's tattoo artist updated fans that they know it's spelled wrong, and they will fix!

Ariana Grande hit headlines when she made a decision to get a Japanese tattoo on her palm which was meant to read 7 Rings, to promote her song of the same name, but actually translated to "shichirin" - a Japanese style barbecue grill.

Hungarian artist Balazs Bercsenyi, who created the tattoo, said the mistake would be fixed soon.

"A handsome reminder for @orlandobloom of his son", he captioned the picture.

Flynn was born to Bloom and ex-wife Miranda Kerr on January 6, 2011, at 9:03, according to the tattoo. They divorced in 2013.

"We are shooting for [having kids together]", Bloom revealed on The Howard Stern Show a year ago.

"My son has got, like, Evan Spiegel as his stepdad".
