Richards, No. 10 Kentucky pull away from Arkansas

After erupting at the officials in the second half John Calipari’s wildcats just barely escaped Arkansas with a win

After it dropped its first SEC game a few days ago at SC, the No. 10 ranked United Kingdom men's basketball team (13-4, 4-1 SEC) traveled to Fayetteville and added a win to its record with a dramatic 73-66 victory over the Arkansas Razorbacks (14-3, 3-2 SEC) Saturday afternoon. After Calipari was ejected, the Wildcats went on a 17-5 run. The Wildcats, down 47-44 after Mason Jones' two free throws, responded with a 17-2 run to take control of the game for good.

Ashton Hagans added 13 points, six rebounds and six assists while Quickley posted 13 points and 10 rebounds for Kentucky. Maxey finished with 11 points. Arkansas made just 33.3 percent of its shots for the game.

Calipari scooted out of the coaches box and towards half court, then continued to plead his case at midcourt for a flop - not an offensive foul - when in a 15-second span officials decided they'd seen enough and tossed him.

For the second-straight game, the Wildcats lost a double-digit lead. Kentucky fell to SC earlier in the week.
