Anthony Joshua on Saturday, January 18, met with President Muhammadu Buhari and presented his heavyweight belts to him in a handsome scene that sent delight into the hearts of Nigerians across the world.
Joshua presented the belts to President Buhari at a meeting he had with a group of the Nigerian Community in the United Kingdom.
Joshua who is a British-Nigerian boxer took out time to take pictures with Buhari and his entourage in London.
He would also according to Femi Adesina, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity hold a meeting with the Head of the Commonwealth, Prince Charles in Glasgow, Scotland.
Anthony Joshuadefeated Andy Ruiz Jnr last December in a unanimous decision to regain the International Boxing Federation (IBF), World Boxing Association (WBA) and World Boxing Organisation (WBO) titles he lost to the Mexican in June.
