Woman fired over access to leaked tape of ABC's Amy Robach

Earlier this week, Amy Robach was caught on a hot mic saying she could have exposed Epstein years ago if it was not for ABC suddenly canceling her story.

"Two sources familiar with the matter tell me that CBS News has fired the staffer in question", Ali wrote on Twitter.

Right-wing activist group Project Veritas, known for its surreptitious video recordings inside organizations of staffers making damning statements, published the leaked video on November 5.

Despite widespread criticism, ABC News downplayed the significance of the video, telling Fox News that Robach's Epstein story wasn't fit to air.

The daytime TV co-hosts interviewed one another for ET, and revealed what they want the public to know about their relationship both on and off camera. She said Thursday that it was not "blackface" and Ms. Goldberg agreed with her.

As Trump finished his comments on blackface and Polanski, a clearly angry Goldberg said, "I guess this is the fight you want" and "Are you questioning my character?"

Epstein died behind bars at the Manhattan Correctional Center in August at the age of 66. Robach contends in the hot-mic video that producers told her no one knew, or cared, about Epstein. "We were so afraid we wouldn't be able to interview Kate and Will that we, that also, quashed the story".

Robach said the network feared losing access to the British royal family.

Trump Jr.: We're talking about character. It was unbelievable what we had. I'm so pissed right now, like every day I get more and more pissed because I'm just like, "Oh my God ..."

"We like each other!"

"After the emergence of blackface scandals this year - from Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam (D) to Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring (D) (and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in recent months)- the Chicago Tribune featured a flashback of Behar's remarks in a piece titled "'The View' host Joy Behar under fire for use of blackface".

'I've had the story for three years.

Do you think viewers cared or knew about Clinton, Dershowitz and Prince Andrew?

In repeated statements, the Duke of York has said the claims - which were struck from the record by a judge in United Kingdom legal proceedings in 2015 as being "immaterial and impertinent" - are "false and without foundation".

Epstein, a disgraced financier and convicted sex offender, was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell in August while awaiting trial on new sex trafficking charges involving underage girls, sparking widespread outrage and disbelief. I saw it on the Drudge Report.

"At no stage during the limited time I spent with him did I see, witness or suspect any behaviour of the sort that subsequently led to his arrest and conviction", the statement said.

When panelist Joy Behar listed off President Trump's infamous comments, referring to the Access Hollywood tape, Don Jr. said, "We've all done things we regret". "I have tremendous sympathy for all those affected by his actions and behaviour".
