'Stranger Things' Season 3 Breaks Major Netflix Record in Just 4 Days

Stranger Things Scoops Ahoy ice cream van is coming to Dreamland

If you were one of those eagle-eyed viewers who watched the end credits, you know there is hope.

To coincide with the launch of Stranger Things 3, Netflix UK has recreated the series' ice cream parlour, Scoops Ahoy, as an Upside Down 1985-themed ice cream van and is taking it on tour - and will be stopping off at Dreamland in Margate on Saturday, July 13. Matthew Modine has not confirmed whether he will return to Stranger Things for season four, but fans are convinced "The American" is either Brenner or Jim Hopper (David Harbour).

While there's been no official confirmation of a fourth season, it's nearly certain that Stranger Things will return, especially given the latest season's post-credits scene. We didn't know the mall and stuff, but again, we know these big broad strokes.

Though we do not see him in season three, it is a definite possibility his shady experiments involving Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) could have had something to do with the Russians.

Adds Matt Duffer, "I think the biggest thing that's going to happen is it's going to open up a little bit, not necessarily in terms of scale, in terms of special effects, but open up in terms of allowing portals into areas outside of Hawkins". Hard to say. Also, technically, hard to say whether this plan will ever come to fruition, as Netflix hasn't officially greenlit a fourth season of Stranger Things quite yet.

And then there are all the screengrabs from season 3 of Will asking his friends if they can play D&D. We're pretty excited about where it's potentially going to go.

He shared, "I feel very proud of that because we're not going to get sort of lost in our story and leave these strands. I think that's the right thing to do and I think it'll be exciting".
