In 2012, a group of women claimed he fondled them in a New Mexico bar, but Gooding Jr.

The Oscar victor will be questioned on a forcible touching complaint filed by a 29-year-old woman who claims he grabbed her breast at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge in Manhattan on Sunday.

The woman told police the two got into an argument and she left the club and called 911.

A lawyer for Cuba Gooding Jr. says surveillance video shows the "Jerry Maguire" star is innocent of groping allegations at a Manhattan rooftop bar - and now he's reconsidering turning himself in to authorities in NY, according to reports. The NYPD has referred the case to Special Victims Division and Cuba is being sought for the same.

TMZ caught up with Gooding late Tuesday as he was about to board a flight back to New York City from Los Angeles, where he said he is "absolutely not" guilty of what he's been accused of.

The woman claimed Gooding Jr. was "highly intoxicated" and the pair had to be separated by security following the grab. The actor said there is a tape which shows what "really happened", and he believes in the system; things will work out on their own.

A social media video shows the actor singing and interacting with fans earlier in the evening prior to the alleged incident.

Gooding won a Best Supporting Academy Award in 1997 for the film, "Jerry Maguire". More recently, he played O.J. Simpson in the Emmy-winning series American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson and the Dominic Banks, Matt Miller character in American Horror Story: Roanoke.
