Randeep Hooda harassed my sister Kangana: 'Manikarnika' actor sister Rangoli Chandel

Alia Bhatt

Alia Bhatt was one such star, who openly tweeted in support of a campaign called '#VoteOutHate'. Apart from the character of course.

Without mentioning Kangana and her sister, she wrote: "Urging people to vote against hate has nothing to do with citizenship and everything to do with being a human being". Razdan implied that Kangana was a thankless coul, who had chosen to target her and Alia despite Mahesh Bhatt, the Gully Boy actress' father, giving her a break in the Hindi film industry.

Razdan, however, soon deleted her tweet after Kangana's sister Rangoli Chahel said that it was Anurag Basu and not Mahesh Bhatt, who had given Kangana her first break in Bollywood.

Razdan's tweet received hated comments from the trolls to which she responded by saying: "I do actually".

For those who are unaware, Alia Bhatt can not vote in India as she doesn't have an Indian passport. While Alia has made a decision to maintain her cool and decorum throughout the cat fight, it is Kangana who is time and again spitting fire against the young actress. The same could be read as, "Dearest @aliaa08 I'm so glad you are not letting the opinions of very occasional actors and chronic victims affect you and your work. kudos to you for your continued efforts to outdo yourself". "Now that Kangna has achieved fame & fortune why is she still consumed by jealousy towards Alia?" In another series of tweets, Rangoli Chandel blasted at screenwriter Nina Arora and sarcastically called out Karan Johar for being Alia Bhatt's "sugar daddy".

Only last week, a poll conducted by BollywoodLife voted Kangana Ranaut as Best Actress for 2019 (so far), which also had Alia Bhatt nominated for Gully Boy, after which she told the publication: "I am embarrassed".

Ending her Twitter banter for the time being, Rangoli Chandel signed off as, "About Kangana taking over my account".

And that's how, it all ended (probably)!
