The YouTube landscape is much broader than the ongoing tussle between the Swedish creator and Indian music record label.

BTS has set a new record for Korean artists on Spotify's daily Global Top 200 chart!

Global sensation BTS performed its new single Boy With Luv, and just 30 minutes after SNL posted the video of the performance, it had been viewed more than 100,000 times on YouTube.

Even more awesome is the fact that BTS not only broke the previous record of 56.7 million views, set by Blackpink's "Kill This Love" just last week, but that they smashed it by nearly 22 million views.

BTS now holds the MOST-VIEWED 24-hour DEBUT streaming record on YouTube with 78 million views! Check out some of the hilarious and heartwarming reactions from fans all around the world.

At the time of this writing, the music video has racked up 120,675,309 total views since it first released on April 12, 2019.

This week, the comedy skits, starring host Emma Stone, are likely to come in second to the musical performances by BTS, the first South Korean musical act to perform on the NBC show. Let's give it up for you guys with the famous BTS fan chant "Kim Namjoon, Kim Seok-jin, Min Yoon-gi, Jeon Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, Jeon Jung-kook!"
