Watch Cardi B's heartfelt speech after she made Grammy history

Cardi B 2019 Grammys 2019 Grammy Awards Performance

Lady Gaga too seems to appreciate Cardi B's music, posting an Instagram story on Sunday of herself celebrating her three Grammy awards to the tune of Cardi's "I Like It", particularly the part that references her "Paparazzi" song.

"This is overly deserved, the album was front-to-back hits".

Women dominated at last night's Grammys.

Placing a heart-eye emoji over her baby daughter, who was born in July a year ago, Cardi clasped her hand over her mouth in shock as Kulture echoed the word "Mama". "When I found out that I was pregnant, my album was not complete".

She began the self-taken video by saying: 'You know what, it's not my style for people to put other people down to uplift somebody else.

The rapper, who was crowned victor of the best rap album with her debut Invasion of Privacy, took to Twitter, still looking completely glammed up (seriously, how does she do that?) to thank everyone. Same with jay rock and Anderson. "I feel for Travis cuz he really deserved that acknowledgement as well, but his moment is way bigger than the awards could say".

"Thanks @realcoleworld and everybody that was in the category had wonderful albums", Cardi wrote". There's a smooth piano playing in the background with some footage of Offset doing what he does best- performing at sold-out venues, counting absurdly large stacks of money, and laying down fresh verses in the studio: the divine trinity of rap tasks.
