Batshuayi to leave Valencia early amid Everton rumours

Chelsea news: Michy Batshuayi has loan spell terminated by Valencia

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri must not sell or loan out Batshuayi again this month but instead integrate him into the first team for the rest of the season.

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Michy Batshuayi is now set for Chelsea return after being slammed by Valencia coach Marcelino Toral over poor performances.

"Batshuayi's situation is very clear", Alemany said on Thursday. "We are negotiating the player's exit with various other clubs", Alemany noted.

Belgium striker Batshuayi has scored a single goal in 15 top-flight appearances for Valencia, who are 12th in the table having qualified for the Champions League last term.

However, his stint with the La Liga club has been far from successful with just three goals in all competitions and their sporting director Mateu Alemany has recently confirmed that the temporary deal will be terminated.

He was quoted as saying by Spanish daily AS: "I think we have to bring in players".

'The player knows and we hope to reach a solution soon for the good of all parties. "He is leaving and it's now a matter of negotiation".

Everton are reportedly interested in signing Batshuayi, with an £18million move mooted for the 25-year-old.

The Belgian striker was taken on-loan from Stamford Bridge in the summer after the World Cup with Valencia trying to aim as high as possible in the league. Even with our dire need for a new striker, it's hard to see him returning to West London and joining up with the Chelsea squad.
