Huawei Nova 4 Launch Date Confirmed

Share your thoughts on Nova 4's look below, then prepare to be disappointed when Huawei announces absolutely zero U.S. availability later this month. Huawei Nova 4 features a curved display, with an in-display camera at the top left corner.

Mid-October 2018, HUAWEI introduced the Mate 20 Pro, the successor model to the Mate 10 Pro in London. In any case, the device was encased in that TV appearance, so we did not really get to see the full design of the phone.

Huawei has confirmed that its upcoming in-display camera phone, Nova 4, will be launched on December 17.

The iPhone turned in a "flat" third quarter while Chinese brands Huawei and Xiaomi droves sales in their home country to grow their shares of the global smartphone market.

Although, there isn't much we know about the Nova 4, but there does seem to be a camera cutout in the screen, and to honest, it doesn't look that bad. The phone is also rumoured to feature an in-display fingerprint sensor and a triple camera setup on the back. On the front, the handset bears a 24-megapixel RGB selfie camera with 3D facial unlocking. At least one of the versions will support 5G.

According to a report from WinFuture, the Chinese company has been spotted using the hole-punch camera during a live stream for the 18th birthday of Chinese singer Jackson Yee.

Last week Huawei released a poster that teased its new smartphone that will come with an Infinity-O display, and many were still debating whether it'd be called the Nova 3S or Nova 4.

Huawei's new premium smartphone Mate 20 Pro is now available for purchase for Amazon Prime users in India.
