Dwyane Wade, Gabrielle Union add baby to family

Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union Newborn Baby

The couple shared the news on Instagram Thursday that they are now the proud parents of a lovely and healthy baby girl!

The happy news comes after Gabrielle recently revealed she suffers from adenomyosis - a form of endometriosis which only occurs in the uterus - which has left her infertile and caused her to experience several miscarriages.

I never wanted children before Dwyane, " she wrote in the book. The couple says Wednesday "will forever be etched in our hearts as the most loveliest of all the lovely days".

The Heat also took to Twitter, offering their congratulations to the couple and promising a gift for their "ViceViceBaby".

Union, 46, and Wade, 36, got married in 2014. 'Then I became a stepmom, and there was no place I'd rather be than with them'. The baby will join three other siblings, Zaire, Xavier and Zion. In 2013 they split up briefly, but got back together.

Gabrielle also opened up in her book about how hard she found it being asked by other women whether she wants kids.

The new addition comes after a frustrating few years for the couple as they struggled to conceive.

She said: 'Once a month I look like I'm in my second trimester because I'm bloated. I have endured eight failed IVF cycles ...

The NBA guard has three sons and the couple is also raising one of his nephews, according to The Associated Press.
