Cheaters Using Speed Hack Ruin Game, Bethesda Fears Microtransaction Controversy?

The PC beta for Fallout 76 has a game deleting bug

Fallout 76 players have already discovered a bug that lets them run much faster if they unlock their framerates and stare at the ground.

Fallout 76 is a game riddled with bugs and glitches and all those issues that a game shouldn't be known for, but here it is and well, to be honest, there's no such thing as a bad marketing right?

The increased speed in Fallout 4 was acceptable due to it being a single-player title.

Bethesda Game Studios, the award-winning creators of Skyrim and Fallout 4, welcome you to Fallout 76, the online prequel where every surviving human is a real person.

If your Fallout 76 beta files were deleted, there is a chance you can recover them. There is also the simple fact that the game is meant to be playable with those on the Xbox One.

Chances are Bethesda will lock the game at 60 FPS to avoid increased player speed.

Speaking of the game, the PC beta for Fallout 76 is underway. It's entirely okay to match physics to frame rate when it comes to single player games, as it can have often hilarious unintended consequences, but allowing that for a multiplayer game is frankly, daft.

These missing graphical setting in Fallout 76 are v-sync, anti-aliasing, and FOV slider. So if you have a 144Hz or 120Hz display, the above INI hacking may not even be necessary.

Bethesda quickly acknowledged the problem, and admitted that some gamers would have to re-download the file.

While Bethesda initially warned that the flaw appeared to be the result of pressing buttons in the game client, additional reports claim that simply launching the game is enough to trigger the bug. What did you think of the game so far?
