Spider-Man suits revealed for first DLC drop The Heist

Spider-Man PS4 is swinging toward Game of the Year nominations as we speak with high sales and high critical marks all-around (and it doesn't hurt that it's going to be fresh in people's minds when voting happens soon-ish). Another suit featured in Marvel's Spider-Man, the Spider-Punk suit, is getting its own action figure.

As you play Marvel's Spider-Man: The Heist, you'll encounter the beginning of a new, interconnected story taking place over the three chapters of Marvel's Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps.

Sony Interactive Entertainment and Insomniac Games have shared more information on the October 23-due "The Heist" add-on for Marvel's Spider-Man, which is the first chapter of the "City That Never Sleeps" downloadable content series. You can take a look at all three below. Rounding out the trio is the Resilient Suit, an original design by Marvel illustrator Gabriele Dell'Otto. Meanwhile, the black and red outfit on the left is the Kaine Parker version of the Scarlett Spider, and the one on the right is the Spider-UK suit from the Spider-Verse.

Update: The PlayStation Blog post has removed all mention of New Game+ and the Ultimate Difficulty.

Ryan Gosling's "First Man" launched in third place at the low end of expectations with $16.6 million at 3,640 sites, edging the opening of Sony's "Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween" with $16.2 million at 3,521 venues. The new trophies will be associated with both completing a run of New Game+ in addition to beating the game on the new Ultimate difficulty. Beyond new story missions, there's a whole new faction of enemies, new crimes, new challenges, new trophies, and three new suits.

This update also comes with the usual fixed bugs and some added features. You will now be able to rotate stickers in Photo Mode.
