Grieving bride spends her wedding day at grave side

Grieving Indiana bride poses for wedding photos alone after firefighter fiancé is killed by drunk driver

Enlisting the help of Loving Life Photography, Jessica put on her wedding dress and captured the now-heartbreaking date on camera to create a moving tribute to her late partner on 20th September. It was gathered that he parked before getting out, and heading to the car's back door to retrieve his protective clothing.

Another volunteer firefighter who also responded to the scene allegedly turned up drunk, with a reported blood alcohol content level of.21 percent, which is nearly three times the legal limit.

To Padgett's surpise the whole wedding party ended up at the two-hour shoot.

"It was very emotional, I had to break for a second because I was crying so much from that", she said. Mandi told CBS4 she of course, agreed, and she said she would do anything to help.

Padgett posed for several photos alongside Murphy's grave and firefighting gear, in one photo holding up Murphy's old boots next to his image Photoshopped in, smiling down at her.

In another photo shared by Padgett on Facebook, a photo of her wearing her wedding dress can be seen. But, you know, if you miss them you were BLESSED.

Katrina Murphy, Kendall's mom, is the one who came up with the photoshoot idea.

The photographer wrote: 'She made broken look attractive and strong look invincible. The final stop was Murphy's grave.

"I've been dreading this day for a really long time".

"I wanted to be where he was at". She was supposed to marry her fiancé Kendall Murphy.

The photos were posted to the Loving Life Photography Facebook page, with the photographer captioning them: "She made broken look attractive and strong look invincible".
