Is this what Apple’s new iPad Pro will look like?

2018 12.9-inch iPad Pro Renders Show Thin Bezels, No Home Button, Repositioned Smart Connector

Apple is rumored to kill the Home Button on the tablet as well and offer Face ID in its place.

After the Apple Watch Series 4 and gold iPhone XS leaked last week there's one missing upcoming Apple device that we haven't seen an official picture of; the new iPad Pro. While earlier reports had suggested that Apple may enable Face ID while the iPad is in horizontal orientation, the new reports suggest that we may not see this feature in the upcoming iteration. The Lightning port, however, continues with the same position, along with the bottom center flanked on either side by speaker vents. This A12 chipset will be the successor to A11 Bionic chip and other Apple devices like iPhones may also get their upgrade to the A12 processor.

Recently released high-definition renders made by an Apple enthusiast site have revealed what seems to be an impressively redesigned iPad Pro, believed to be announced later this month. There is still no accurate pricing for the iPad Pro, so we will just have to wait for the launch to know the rest of the details.

Apple will also release a smaller 10.5-inch iPad Pro with a similar design.

As the leaks give a 360-degree view of iPad Pro 12.9 (2018), one can also spot speaker grilles on both sides of the top, with the power button at the corner, above the rear camera. Some of them hope Apple will also present the new generation of iPads with iPad Pro 2018 leading the pack.

As is always the case, it's the iPhone that is causing the most noise this year and we don't see that changing once the event kicks off, either. According to their information Face ID will however not work in Landscape mode, but fortunately will not require a notch in the screen.

Apple has already sent invites for September 2018 event at Steve Jobs Theater.

So, what are your thoughts on the iPad Pro 2018.?

If these are anything to go by, the new iPad definitely differs from the older models in a few ways - we can not find the headphone jack, sadly, and the bezels seem a lot slimmer, although not super slim.
