Omarosa says she secretly taped her firing, plays audio

Omarosa in new book: I saw Trump’s racism ‘with my own eyes’

According to the Post, an excerpt from Unhinged also claims that Lara Trump, the President's daughter-in-law, and adviser offered Omarosa a job after she was sacked from The White House.

Omarosa Onee Manigault-Newman's new tell-all "Unhinged; An Insider's Account of the Trump White House" has been described as being "riddled with lies".

President Donald Trump has one word to describe former White House staffer and fellow reality-TV star Omarosa Manigault Newman: "Lowlife".

Parts of her conversation with Kelly were played on the air during an appearance on NBC's Meet the Press to promote her new book, Unhinged, which will be released next week. "He goes on to say that things can get ugly for you", Manigault told host Chuck Todd.

She said she had "heard for two years that it existed and once I heard it for myself, it was confirmed, what I feared the most: That Donald Trump is a con and has been masquerading as someone who is actually open to engaging with diverse communities." she said.

Manigault Newman also alleges that Trump allies tried to buy her silence after she left the White House, offering her $15,000 a month to serve in a "senior position" on his 2020 re-election campaign along with a stringent nondisclosure agreement.

Many critics said Trump's comments appeared to convey a similar sentiment to his "both sides" comment following the deadly rally last August.

"I was complicit with this White House deceiving this nation".

She says that during his time at The Apprentice Trump used the N-word "multiple times" and, according to three sources she knows, there is a tape to prove it. "But when he talks that way, the way he does on this tape, it confirms that he is truly a racist".

Quoting Trump's early, post-inauguration speech at the Central Intelligence Agency lamenting his inauguration crowd, Manigault Newman takes some editorial liberty, adding within quotation marks that Trump says, "Liars!"

By midday Sunday, scores of police in Washington had closed off roads and were standing by metal barricades across Lafayette Square outside the White House, ground zero for this year's protests.

In another portion of her recording, Manigault asked Kelly if Trump was aware that she was being fired, and Kelly replied that this was a "non-negotiable discussion".
