This Wednesday morning, Kylie Jenner became the world's youngest Forbes billionaire-just as big sister Kim Kardashian became the world's most envious sister!

According to Forbes' calculations, that makes her not only the Jenner-Kardashian with the highest net worth, but also the 27th richest self-made woman in the United States.

The superstar has over 110 million followers on Instagram and millions more on Snapchat; many of these are young women and girls who look to Kylie for advice and recommendations. However, not a lot of people agreed with the title, considering Kylie's background as a reality star, a feat accomplished by her mother, Kris Jenner, primarily.

With Forbes estimating her worth to be $900 million, she easily beats out Kim Kardashian West'smeasly $350 million. I have such easy access to my fans and my customers'.

The remaining $800m is the value of Kylie Cosmetics, the beauty company Jenner launched two years ago and owns outright.

Forbes says Jenner, who recently become a mom, is likely to break Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg's record for being the youngest self-made billionaire at age 23 - though some will argue that Jenner's success isn't entirely "self-made."

Ever since I was in sixth grade, I would wear purple eye shadow. Forbes said it valued her company at almost $800 million, and Jenner owns 100 percent of it.

In a video interview with the same magazine, Kylie says she was inspired to create these lips kits due to her own insecurity about her own lips.

"It has sold more than $630 million worth of makeup since, including an estimated $330m in 2017".

After trademarking the brand in 2014, Jenner said she put up $250,000 of her own money made from modeling contracts and endorsement deals to kick-start the brand with the first batch of lip kits.

Kylie Cosmetics is dealing with slowing growth - Forbes reports that revenue grew just 7% previous year, with lip-kit revenue dropping an estimated 35%.

Since then, the company has sold $630m of makeup, helped in a large part by Jenner's own social media presence.

"Maybe one day [I'll] pass this on to Stormi, if she's into it", she said.
