Chelsea star Eden Hazard says joining Real Madrid is every player's dream

Chelsea transfer news Barcelona want Eden Hazard as Roman Abramovich considers selling

Real Madrid have been linked with the Belgian for some time and with Cristiano Ronaldo's move to Juventus being made official, now seems the flawless time.

Real are on the hunt for a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo who is set to join Juventus this month. In fact, several big names like Kylian Mbappe, Harry Kane, Eden Hazard and Neymar have been linked with moves to the Santiago Bernabeu in recent weeks.

According to Spanish daily Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona believe it would be too costly a deal to pull off and believe signing Hazard this summer is an unviable option for the club.

Corriere dello Sport claim Chelsea are battling with Paris St-Germain to sign the Italy worldwide, who has been linked with a move to the Bridge during successive transfer windows. "Eden Hazard will be leaving for a big, big club".

Real Madrid have reportedly completed a deal to sign Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois this summer.

"Zidane or no Zidane, the white jersey [of Real] is special but the blue jersey suits me well so it does not bother me if I stay".

Avid Premier League fans will all know how good he is, but his World Cup showing has earned him universal acclaim.

Real Madrid will undeniably need a marquee signing this summer to make up for Ronaldo's absence.

These rumours certainly seem to be gathering momentum with each passing day.

The Blues will be loath to let Hazard go, as he has arguably been their most vital attacking player over the last few seasons.
