Tyson Fury beats Sefer Seferi in comeback fight

The fight in the stands was perhaps more entertaining than Fury's win.

"I hoped for a bigger opponent but we couldn't really get anyone, there was no one available".

"We took Seferi, who had a good record and a tough chin and he took me a few rounds".

Promoter Frank Warren plans on Fury fighting again at Windsor Park in Belfast on August 18, on the undercard of WBO interim featherweight champion Carl Frampton's next fight.

I will go back home and have pizza and then get back on it tomorrow.

Former world champion Tyson fury (26-0, 19 KO's) won his first fight after his return, forcing the Sefer Sefer (23-2, 21 KOs) seem.

Fury's skills are still intact, although they lacked the zip and zing of his win over Klitschko.

So easy that Fury could afford to joke about it early on and glance out at a scuffle taking place in the crowd.

But Fury rediscovered his passion for boxing and claimed to have lost eight stones (112 pounds) ahead of facing Seferi.

Seferi, a career cruiserweight, tried in vain to reach Fury's head with sluggish right uppercuts.

"If I'm brutally honest I could have knocked him out in ten seconds".

The self-styled "Gypsy King" will step into the ring for the first time since 2015 on Saturday night to face Sefer Seferi of Albania.

But Fury was disappointed by the attitude of 39-year-old Seferi, who was giving away more than 50lb and almost a foot of height difference on the night.

Fury believes he will soon be ready to take on the likes of heavyweight champions Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder.

Just boxing again was an achievement for Fury, whose life span out of control after ending Klitschko's nine-and-half year reign.

Fury has remained news while inactive due to a personal crisis that involved problems with mental health, excessive drinking, admitting cocaine use and serving a doping ban.

Seferi has fought much of his career at welterweight, but if the 37-year-old's 2016 effort against Manuel Charr is an indicator, Fury may have some mild trouble on his hands come showtime.
