The Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit Arrives June 26, 2018 (Update)

Square Enix and DontNod announced a new game set within the Life is unusual universe during Microsoft's E3 2018 briefing. Many assumed this would be Life Is Strange 2.

In something that nobody expected - and definitely with a price no-one expected - Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit is an all-new Life is unusual spin-off featuring a young boy with a big imagination. The official blurb reads, "In The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit, you play as Chris, an ordinary 10-year old boy who dreams of being a superhero". He's being bullied at school, his dad is an alcoholic, and he feels out of place, yet he has an imagination that means he can tell stories that nobody else can. You can also view a behind-the-scenes video released from Square and Dontnod giving a closer look at the game's development.

"We have always imagined Life is unusual as a diverse universe filled with interesting characters and stories to tell".

The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit will come to the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on June 26, 2018.
