Support for three commands and Multiple Actions are both live on my regular Home and Home Mini, but if they're not working for you yet, be sure to keep trying over the next couple days. I tested it with several commands for my smart home and I was able to get it to work for two lights (I don't have light groups), one light + one A/C unit, and one light + one scene (Harmony through SmartThings).
To check if you're on the latest firmware version, use the Google Home app on your phone and check the device info for your Google Home device.
Any combination of up to three queries can be spoked to Google Home, as long as the word "and" is used between the queries. That lead to unnatural sentences like "turn on the lights in the living room and turn on the lights in the kitchen". Google Home previously understood multiple queries only if each of them was spoken as a complete command. Rather, users needed to say something like "turn off living room and turn off bedroom" to accomplish that task.
Further, this latest firmware update seems to have enabled Google's promised "smarter" support for multiple commands.
Now, users can say something more natural, such as "turn off the lights in the bedroom and living room". Unfortunately for Google's global customer base, multiple queries is only available in the English language for the time being, in the USA, U.K., Canada and Australia.
