Nintendo opened their E3 Direct with a brand new game - a stylish action-mecha game titled Daemon X Machina. Ultimate, the company kicked things off with metal music and a insane looking new title called Daemon X Machina. Mechs in the game are able to fight on the ground or fly around with jetpacks.
No release date has been announced at the time of writing.
Players can learn more about Daemon X Machina by heading over to the game's page on Nintendo's website. The mecha design by Shoji Kawamori, who is basically a mecha design god known from countless anime series including the Macross franchise, alongside video games like the Armored Core series. "Daemon X Machina" is also being developed under the leadership of "Armored Core" designer and producer Kenichiro Tsukuda. Rather than giving any details on the story or any characters of the game, the trailer is filled with action-packed gameplay of giant mechs facing off against even bigger mechs.
Daemon X Machina is heading to Nintendo Switch in 2019.
