Man Threatens Spanish-Speaking Workers: 'My Next Call Will Be to ICE'

Jerk Videotaped Threatening To Call ICE On Two Women Speaking Spanish TO EACH OTHER — Obviously He's A

In the video posted on Facebook, the customer, identified as Manhattan lawyer Aaron Schlossberg, according to the Daily News, announces "Your staff is speaking Spanish to customers when they should be speaking English". If they have the balls to come here and live off my money-I pay for their welfare.

One of the managers at Fresh Kitchen who witnessed the incident spoke with ABC News on the condition of anonymity.

A white man's bigoted tantrum went viral Wednesday, after journalist Shaun King posted footage of the individual berating Spanish-speaking employees at a Manhattan café. The manager said the man stormed off. "I pay for their ability to be here".

'Your staff are speaking Spanish to customers when they should be speaking English - this is America, ' he ranted at the Fresh Kitchen manager.

The man appears to insult the woman's appearance, pointing the phone down and saying, "Maybe you shouldn't eat that sandwich today". She responded, "Maybe you should get hit by a auto!"

An image made from video shared to social media on May 15, 2018 shows a man who threatened to call ICE on people who spoke Spanish in a restaurant in NY. "Take a break from the food", the man says before walking away, to which the woman responds, "Maybe you should get hit by a auto, you piece of [expletive]!"

In the video, several people are heard calling the furious client "ignorant" who then threatened to call ICE because, he added, he suspected the workers were undocumented.

"They were speaking Spanish because they are friends".

"He's screaming at the guy serving him, 'Give me my f***ing sandwich, you shouldn't be speaking Spanish, I feel disrespected, go back to your country", recalls the woman, born in NY of Puerto Rican parents. "This guy was really, really angry". Spanish and Spanish Creole speakers comprise the bulk of the non-English speaking population - about 25 percent, or 1.87 million residents. "The least they can do, the least they can do is speak English".
