Harry Kane challenges Mohamed Salah to repeat goalscoring feat

Harry Kane of Tottenham Hotspur celebrates with Moussa Sissoko of Tottenham Hotspur after scoring his sides 5th goal during the Premier League match between Tottenham Hotspur and Leicester

Salah has collected a slew of awards after his record-breaking debut season with Liverpool, with the European Golden Boot the highlight of his new and impressive honours.

The challengers have been narrowed down to two and expectations are high for an exciting final in the Ukraine as Real Madrid and Liverpool meet to decide the 2017/18 Champions League title.

Reflecting on his success, 57-cap Salah said, "They say I didn't have success here the first time".

If Real Madrid win the Champions League, then they will take the place for the holders in Pot 1, meaning Tottenham move up from Pot 3 into the vacant position in Pot 2.

"Mo has done incredible and he looks like a great player".

"For me, it is about doing it year after year".

Liverpool news: Asmir Begovic makes Real Madrid Champions League final prediction

BT's Consumer MD of Marketing, Pete Oliver, said: "To have Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League final is fantastic".

Jürgen Klopp has explained why Liverpool have travelled to Marbella for a training camp ahead of the Champions League final. The Uruguayan played 10 games less due to ban and almost won the title for what was considered a very weak Liverpool team. Whereas pace remains a vital part of Salah's game, however, Suarez was never blessed with it, which highlights his ability even further. When you see people, they were wishing me luck for the final, they didn't wish me luck for against Brighton.

"Everyone reminds you that you're going to play a final".

"The top six now is so strong, everyone's really competitive, so for us to finish in the top three for a third year in a row is brilliant". "I think it's a record that will stay for a long time".

With just 90 minutes and the formidable foe of a Ronaldo-led Real Madrid standing between Salah and the Champions League, the "Egyptian King" would now surely swap all his individual accolades for a shot at immortality in the red of Liverpool.

And Mohamed Aboutrika, the Egypt captain when they played Brazil six years ago, claims he noticed that Marcelo was "terrified" of Salah in that game.
