Windows 10 build 17134 fixes Spring Creators Update launch issues

Обновление операционной системы Windows 10 станет более удобным

So, this means Build 17133 is not anymore the RTM Build losing that status to this new build.

Microsoft is getting closer and closer to releasing the long awaited Windows 10 Spring Creators Update.

Microsoft is today releasing a new build of Redstone 4 to Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring today. Microsoft initially planned to roll out the feature update on April 10, but the company chose to delay the release until the bug is fixed. Instead of creating a Cumulative Update package to service these issues, we made a decision to create a new build with the fixes included. This build doesn't bring any new features but includes the fixes from KB4100375 alongside additional fixes and improvements to make the OS more stable.

She confirmed what was to be the RTM build had reliability issues, and "in certain cases, these reliability issues could have led to a higher percentage of (BSOD) on PCs for example".

The discovery of build 17134 of Windows 10 last week came as both a surprise and a disappointment, with those looking forward to the next big feature update realizing that this nearly certainly meant a delay. In the blog post, Microsoft says that build 17133 was rendering BSOD on some systems, and as that is something the users can not deal with, the update was delayed. Instead of creating a Cumulative Update package to service these issues, we chose to create a new build with the fixes included. Of course, it is possible there is a bigger reason behind Microsoft delaying the Redstone 4 release, but I personally don't want to start any conspiracy theories for the time being.
