Right now, things are looking as peaceful as can be hoped for in a show like The Walking Dead. All their guns exploded in their hands, courtesy of defective ammunition designed by Eugene (Josh McDermitt), who had secretly switched allegiances again.
Morgan's still not right: Somehow the sight of former Savior prisoners coming back to the Hilltop from a zombie-killing run got Morgan so worked up that he almost put his bo staff through young Henry's neck. He didn't go back with her though, saying that he's not meant to be around other people.
By episode's end, Morgan had left Hilltop for the Scavengers' dump, where he convinced Jadis, a.k.a. Ann, to join Rick's group, telling her, "Everything is about people, everything in this life that's worth a damn".
Maggie told Jesus that he and Rick were right about sparing the Saviors, but not about Negan. Maggie let Alden (Callan McAuliffe), a redeemed former Savior, remain at the Hilltop, and Daryl (Norman Reedus) banished but spared Dwight (Austin Amelio), who had treated him so poorly at the Sanctuary.
Daryl took Dwight out into the woods. A walker comes at him. They load him into the auto. Shealso believes Michonne was wrong for holding her back. Dwight pulls up to his old house and finds a note with the word "Honeymoon" and an infinity symbol on it from his wife. While Daryl and Rick just went through a breakup, fans couldn't get enough of Jerry and Ezekiel.
But when the Saviors prepared to start killing, all of the bullets backfired and killed them. (Cohan isn't signed for next season but AMC program chief David Madden last week said he expected "something positive to announce" soon.) "Rick was wrong to do what he did". When Jesus asks what she's going to do, she says that they will build the Hilltop back up and make it work better than before. The Season 8 finale reveals Maggie is not only tearing apart the Rick-Daryl bromance, she's plotting a coup against Rick.
"But Rick and Michonne?" Instead Rick and Michonne concocted a plan to let Negan rot in a cell as "evidence that we're making a civilization".
Rick sat at the tree, said "my mercy prevails over my wrath", and broke down in tears, finally mourning his boy. Even Carl had something to say about it. I still don't see any real reason why Carl had to die to justify the ending of the season. A few people rushed forward to help Negan and Maggie [Lauren Cohan] completely lost it. This includes all past episodes of The Walking Dead as well.
The Walking Dead Season 8 finale just aired, and it was complicated to say the least. "You, alive, is gonna help show people that things have changed", Rick said. Want more news? Like our Walking Dead Facebook page.
The Walking Dead concluded its eighth season tonight and Fear the Walking Dead returned for its fourth season; the sister series will continue to air Sunday nights on AMC. "We're going to bide our time, wait for our moment and then we're going to show him", Maggie tells Jesus and Daryl. There will be darkness and light; terror and grace; and the heroic, mercenary, and craven, all crashing together toward a new reality for "Fear the Walking Dead".
Is 'Fortnite: Battle Royale' Ending?
Quite the opposite, in fact, as Epic Games has continued to provide players with info about upcoming changes and other features. Just a day after the announcement was supposedly tweeted, Fortnite tweeted news about the v3.5 update that's now available.
Harden scores 44 as Rockets edge Wolves
The Wolves opened the game slowly, but fought back to close the gap to six points by the end of the first quarter. Harden flexed each bicep twice while peering down at the muscles after the shot before making the free throw.
