Connie was born on May 5, 1945 in Ottumwa, Iowa as the sixth of seven children to Elna (Lucas) and David Papich of Lovilia.
Mrs. Kelly-Bowman was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Grace Kelly; three sisters; and two brothers. She is survived by her sons, Todd Wedding (Robin) and Lee Wedding, Jr.; daughter, Patricia Richmond (Robert); 10 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 13, at Holy Ghost Lutheran Church with interment following at Der Stadt Friedhof.
Scott, (Friars Hill, Wicklow Town) peacefully in the loving care of the nurses and staff at Blainroe Lodge Nursing Home, Blainroe, Co. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
