Two weeks ago, James' company sent a cease-and-desist letter to Alabama's athletic department, arguing that Alabama's "Shop Talk" web series featuring Nick Saban and former Crimson Tide players talking about football and life could have infringed on copyrights and intellectual property from James' "The Shop".

Adventure Enterprises claims in a lawsuit that it pitched a TV show to LeBron called "Shop Talk", according to TMZ Sports.

Apparently, the tables have turned and, according to TMZ, James is now being sued for his show "The Shop".

At the moment, Adventure Enterprises is reportedly trying to get an injunction that would prevent LeBron and Co. from making new episodes. A company called Adventure Enterprises claim that they gave the idea to James and told him to call it "Shop Talk". Then after being approached, LeBron's people apologized and said it would not happen again. TMZ reports Adventure Enterprises is also seeking monetary compensation but the exact total is unknown.

And now LeBron looks like a big dummy because he's the one who allegedly stole the idea in the first place.

LeBron's business partner Maverick Carter is also being sued, and a source close to both James and Carter told TMZ the suit is "totally frivolous and publicity seeking".
