Karan Johar will be the first Indian film director to enter the world of having his own wax statue in Madame Tussauds London. The pictures of the preparation were recently released by Dharma Productions and movie critique Taran Adarsh shared them on social media. A copy of his biography, "An Unsuitable Boy", was on the table before him.
What's more is that Karan Johar's statue will not just be launched at the Tussauds' museum but will simultaneously also head out on tour across Asia to give his fans a chance to experience him being waxed.
The report further states that his special wax figure is undergoing a complicated combination of traditional sculpting with modern-day technology. The procedures have begun and the wax statue will be ready in the next 6 months.
A chuffed Karan took to Twitter to share the news.
