Police have issued an AMBER alert asking for the public's help in finding a missing 10-month old boy from Miami, Noah Florvil.

"My daughter say she was sleeping when she woke up, the baby, her phone and Bella was gone", said Neteisha Starling, the boy's grandmother. Noah was last seen near 6603 NW 12th Ave, at around 9:34 p.m. Sunday.

Noah Florvil was last seen in the 6600th block of NW 12th Avenue in Miami wearing a grey shirt, grey trousers and no shoes. "We do know that this child was in the company of a family acquaintance", said City of Miami Police Commander Freddie Cruz. "That baby gave me love when nobody else does". Noah was found safely in Hialeah, and is now in DCF custody.


"I should've never brought him down here".

Police described her as a heavy-set woman with blond hair and a green streak in the front. No one has been charged.
