On Monday night, Big Sean was a trending topic on Twitter amid rumors the rapper and his girlfriend Jhené Aiko had broken up after Sean was allegedly spotted canoodling with another woman - but the two quickly took to their own Twitter accounts to deny the rumors.
One of its sources said, "They were all over each other and they looked really comfortable around each other".
"Sorry, but nothing about you guy's fan fiction stories are true". Besides sparking interest whenever a new detail is revealed about their relationship, they are also one of the few couples in the genre who have actually created music as a group, with their Twenty88 project from 2016. "I still love you tho", she wrote.
There was lots of chatter on social media, but the pair chose to take to Twitter and shut down all rumors.
No cameras were allowed at the party, but one person who knew Jhene told her, and according to the same source, Jhene was upset and confronted her boyfriend about it.
The split rumor was sparked when fans noticed that Aiko unfollowed Sean on Instagram.
Then the blog anonymously (and erroneously) claimed Aiko was hurt by the reported flirting: "She was pissed, she confronted him about it, and he didn't really deny it". However, the couple's head-on response to the rumors prove that you can't always believe what you read.
