Robert Franks declares for the NBA Draft

Franks declares for NBA

He has held off from signing with an agent in order to maintain his NCAA eligibility. With Franks' departure next season, the Cougars will return three starters (Malachi Flynn, Viont'e Daniels and Carter Skaggs) for the 2018-19 campaign. "With that being said, my dream is to play at the next level.and I am ready to pursue my dreams!"

Robert Franks, the Washington State guard who was named the Pac-12's Most Improved Player of the Year, declared for the National Basketball Association draft on Monday. "I'm not going to hire an agent just yet, I want to get some feedback and see what I can potentially do".

After averaging only 6.3 points per game during his sophomore season, Franks was named the Pac-12 Most Improved Player as a junior.

He even set the school single-game record for made three-pointers with 10 against University of California on January 13 this season.

Where Franks plays in the National Basketball Association will be the question. He's 6-foot-7 with a long wingspan and has improved his outside shooting, making 40.5 percent of his 3-point attempts last season.
