Jacksonville's roster is expected to lose another former Nittany Lion shortly, this one via free agency where wide receiver Allen Robinson is expected to sign with the Chicago Bears on Wednesday.
According to an NFL Network report, Lee's agreement is for four years and $38m, with $18m guaranteed. And with Robinson out for basically all of last season, he led the team with 56 catches and was second to Keelan Cole with 702 yards.
The terms of Moncrief's deal have yet to be released.
Moncrief will theoretically replace Allen Robinson, who reportedly signed with the Chicago Bears, but he joins a crowded wide receiver group in Jacksonville that now includes Marqise Lee, Allen Hurns, Dede Westbrook, and Keelan Cole.
Moncrief's career with the Colts took a turn for the worse during the 2016 season largely due to injuries.
The former second-round pick out of USC has 171 catches for 2,166 yards and eight scores through four National Football League seasons.
Koyack has played in 30 career games with the Jaguars, including 10 starts, and has 24 career receptions for 199 yards (8.3 average) and one touchdown. Since being selected in the third round of the 2014 NFL Draft out of Ole Miss, he's caught 152 passes for 1,875 yards and 18 touchdowns, 13 of which he hauled in between 2015-16.
