CBSE Class XII geography paper overall easy

CBSE Class 12 accountancy paper leak Delhi govt orders probe as students panic

Be it, students or parents, everyone, for the time being, are going through the exam pressure. The Board said Centre Superintendents are exclusively responsible for everything about examinations and can call the police anytime if require. Beena Jacob, a school teacher in Sharjah, said: "I got messages on Whatsapp that said that the paper has been leaked after I finished invigilation". This is a serious problem which will be dealt with at the earliest says the CBSE board.

"Received complaints about the Class 12 CBSE Accountancy paper being leaked". The students and parents were panicking.

However, within an hour's time, the CBSE board clarified that there was no truth to this rumour and the paper had not been leaked.

The class XII accountancy question paper of the Central Board Secondary Education was allegedly leaked on WhatsApp, hours before the examination on Thursday, a claim CBSE denied, largely on technical grounds, but promised police action and an investigation. When the press and media reached out to different schools, to confirm the news, it was cleared that they were unaware of any such incident. "We, however, are in contact with CBSE officials and the matter is under probe" a senior official said.

CBSE also stated that apart from the centre superintendents, no other person is allowed to carry mobile phones or any electronic devices inside the examination hall. "But when we heard rumours that we may need to attempt it again, I did get very anxious".

However, if seen from the students perspective, whether the news is correct or fake, it does affect them. It's impossible for anyone to leak a paper that is kept under utmost security, and only top officials know about it. "Whether it is true or not, such things should not happen and some technology should be used to make it a foolproof system". "An FIR is being lodged", it said.

"Swift action must be taken so that hard-working students don't suffer due to negligence of CBSE", he said. All the seals have been found intact at all exam centres.

"Few questions were repeated from last year's paper though they were worded differently and questions in all the three sets were same, they were only sequenced differently", she said. During the examination, however, at local level, some miscreants have tried to play mischief by circulating messages through WhatsApp and social media to disturb the sanctity of the examination.
