The Spice Girls Reunion Meeting Had to Be Moved Due to Paparazzi

Late last week, pop music fans the world over finally heard the words many have been waiting years, if not most of a lifetime to hear: the Spice Girls are getting back together.

And according to the Daily Mail, Geri Horner is keen for the Spice Girls first reunion performance to be at the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The debut single made it to number one in nearly forty countries, establishing them as a force to reckoned with.

In fact, "Spice", their debut album, sold over thirty-one million copies, making it the best-selling album ever by a female group.

Now all five former members of the Spice Girls have been there for each other after they held a private meeting in the United Kingdom, sparking further speculation of a future plan to reunite the girl-power group.

So, here's the story from A to Z. If Ginger Spice gets her way, the Spice Girls will be reuniting in a regal way.

Emma opened up about their meeting to her Heart FM radio co-host Jamie Theakston on Monday (February 5), and revealed that they were supposed to meet at a hotel but they had to switch venues because the press had reported news of the reunion hours before it happened. Whatever plans they have for doing so, however, remain unclear, although a TV talent show was mentioned and it was said that a live tour hadn't been discussed.

Emma Bunton's post with the same photo shared by Mel B was a bit more cryptic with a caption that said: "Great catch up with my girls!" Jo Milloy, their publicist, did release a statement confirming that The Spice Girls were planning on working together again.

'We reminisced about the old times, we were talking about the kids, it was lovely, ' the presenter explained.

It was the first time the bandmates had been in the same room together since 2012. We just want to empower people, we want to empower girls.

While the world waits with bated breath wondering what the Spice Girls will do next, take a trip down memory lane as we talk about their best days together.

Not Too Many Endorsements In addition to a potential television program, there are also claims that the main reason the Spice Girls have reformed is to explore endorsement deals, though what that would entail and which companies might be involved of course hasn't been noted yet.
