Reports say 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster arrested for domestic violence

Fantasy Football Breaking News

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Foster was booked Sunday at the Santa Clara County Jail and is now being held without bail.

Foster is reportedly being held without bail. He was arrested in Tuscaloosa in January for possession of marijuana. Foster, 23, gave a diluted drug test sample and was then sent home after an altercation with a hospital employee.

And with Foster having entered the National Football League with red flags, one can only question how San Francisco will handle this latest tick against the talented-yet-troubled linebacker.

Obviously, this isn't a good look for him at all. He underwent shoulder surgery to fix his rotator cuff after his final college season. Foster was also booked on suspicion of possessing an assault rifle according to the San Jose Mercury News. In April, Santa Clara County prosecutors filed felony domestic violence charges against former 49ers cornerback Tramaine Brock. Charges were later dropped, but it did set something of a precedent. He stressed the value of character and said each case would be viewed independently.

San Francisco 49ers LB Reuben Foster is in trouble with the law again. "We take matters of this nature seriously and are gathering all pertinent information".
