Broly and Bardock first two DLC characters coming to Dragon Ball FighterZ

Dragon Ball FighterZ Broly Bardock

The first two DLC characters have been revealed for Dragon Ball FighterZ, and they definitely get one big request out of the way early. Regardless, Dragon Ball FighterZ is a worthy addition to the anime's long-running line of fighter adaptations. These will be the first official fighters added to the game in the form of DLC, with hopefully lots more characters to come.

Bardock is a lower ranking Saiyan and the father of Goku.

A release date or price for the characters was not announced.

Broly's level three Super is titled "Gigantic Meteor" while Bardock's, titled "Revenger Assault", sees him go Super Saiyan for a flurry of attacks on foes. As far as appearance goes, Bardock looks nearly exactly like Goku, except for a scar on his cheek and the fact that he is usually seen wearing the same armor as Frieza's soldiers. Although Episode of Bardock isn't canonical it does appear that Super Saiyan Bardock will appear in FighterZ. Considering this, it's a safe bet that the future DLC characters will consist of Zamasu, Vegito, Cooler, and Ranger Android 17.

FighterZ also includes a simplistic Arcade Mode that sees you doing battle against increasingly hard teams of AI.

In the Dragon Ball series, Broly stands a head above most as a nine foot tall Legendary Saiyan. The datamining that leaked Bardock and Broly also mentioned two game modes called Z Union and Z League that have yet to be announced.
