Auburn players invited to 2018 NFL Combine

Old Dominion University defensive end Bunmi Rotimi

- Three former Arkansas football players have been invited to the NFL Scouting Combine. Fifty defensive linemen including the likes of Marcus Davenport out of UTSA and Bradley Chubb from NC State received invites, as well as 48 offensive linemen including Notre Dame's Quenton Nelson and Taylor Hearn out of Clemson.

Quarterback Austin Allen, center Frank Ragnow and defensive back Henre' Toliver will participate in the combine from February 27-March 5 in Indianapolis.

Only seven schools had more players invited than Auburn - Alabama (14), Ohio State (11), Georgia (10), LSU (10), Florida State (9), Miami (9), and Penn State (8).

One of the top stories to watch at the combine will be the performance of UCF linebacker Shaquem Griffin.

Griffin, who had his left hand amputated at the age of four, was the American Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year in 2016.

The quarterback situation will also merit watching in Indianapolis.

Chicago owns the eighth pick in the draft and has seven picks overall.
