Julia Louis-Dreyfus has completed a big step in her fight against breast cancer. The star shared the news on Twitter, writing, "One in eight women get breast cancer".

Dreyfus, who will celebrate her 57th birthday on Saturday (Jan. 13), announced in September that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.

The "Veep" star, 56, shared a video of her boys, Henry Hall, 25, and Charlie Hall, 20, pumping her up by performing a ridiculously over-the-top lip-sync to Michael Jackson's "Beat It".

In November, Dreyfus' Veep co-stars Matt Walsh and Sam Richardson sent the actress a video of them singing and dancing along to Survivor's Eye Of The Tiger to help "psych" her up for a round of chemotherapy. "But the expectation is that we will shoot again".

HBO said at the time that the show's production schedule would be adjusted to accommodate Louis-Dreyfus' heath needs. "We have one more season we're doing, which we're incredibly excited about". "Rather impressively, while we wait for her to gather her full strength, around her treatment, we've been having with the cast in Los Angeles, table reads of scripts for the final season as they're ready".

Today's Birthday, January 13: American actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus (1961-).
