The V30+ has a 6-inch QHD+ 18:9 Full Vision display with a 2880x1400 pixel resolution, which roughly translates to 538ppi and this when combined with LG's Android 7.1.2 Nougat-based UX software will allow users to run apps in two perfectly square windows side-by-side. The device screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
In terms of performance, the LG V30+ is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with Adreno 540 skinned on top. It bears 128GB of inbuilt storage, while the LG V30 bears 64GB of storage. However, as per a previous report it may come with Android Oreo.
Aside from the rear-mounted fingerprint scanner which also doubles as a home button, LG has introduced few new security features in the LG V30 such as facial and voice recognition. The smartphone houses a 3300mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 and it also supports wireless charging.
The imaging aspects of the LG V30+ is the dual camera setup at its rear comprising of a 16MP primary sensor with a 71-degree wide angle lens, dual-tone LED flash, and f/1.6 aperture and a 13MP secondary camera with a 120-degree wide angle lens and f/1.9 aperture. There is a 5MP Selfie camera on the front which comes with f/2.2 aperture and 90-degree wide-angle lens. There is IP68 rating that makes it resistant to water and dust too. The hybrid dual SIM device comes with 32-bit Advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC powered by ESS Technology's SABRE ES9218P. Claimed to have passed the MiL-STD 810G Transit Drop Test, this smartphone from LG is compliant with military operations. It now translates into Rs. 58,900 approximately.
