Janet Jackson Is Back Together With Jermaine Dupri

Janet Jackson Jermaine Dupri Vanity Fair Oscars 2005

The "Together Again" singer has sparked rumours she's dating the 45-year-old hip-hop star again after they were spotted "cuddling and holding hands" at Janet's after-party in Atlanta, where she wrapped up the U.S. leg of her "State of the World" tour on December 17.

Her second marriage was to Mexican dancer and music video director René Elizondo Jr. from 1991 to 2000.

A source told Us Magazine: "They were cuddled up and holding hands".

Mana is the father to Jackson's 11-month-old son, Eissa. During the show's after party in Atlanta, the five-time Grammy victor was joined by a surprise guest: Jermaine Dupri. The two previously dated for seven years before calling it quits in 2009. A source told E! They had a period when they broke up and didn't talk for a bit but overcame that and found friendship again.

"Janet and Wissam Al Mana's divorce is not finalized and she would never jeopardize or add fire to what could be a very contentious custody battle" says the source.

Dupri recently raved exclusively to Us Weekly about his ex's tour. "But I have seen a couple clips from the show", the producer told the publication. "The tour looks good".

Back in November, reports said Jackson and Dupri were "getting close again" since her split from Al Mana. He's been there for her, and she loves that about him. Her surprise guest was none other than Jermaine Dupri.

While the pair already have a history, the insider explained they "had zero communication - she would not talk to him" during her relationship with the Qatari business magnate.
