Multiple pedestrians were struck by a vehicle in Manhattan Thursday afternoon.
It all started around 1:20 p.m. Thursday when a Lincoln Town Car and Ford Explorer collided at Broadway and Liberty Street near Zuccotti Park.
Police say none of the people who were struck have life-threatening injuries.
Further details were not immediately available. It jumped a curb during the crash.
An NYPD spokesperson says a preliminary investigation indicates the Lincoln hit one vehicle at Liberty and Broadway, then fled the scene and traveled one block east, to Nassau, where it hit another auto and careened up onto the sidewalk.
Police said it appears the crash was an accident, not an intentional act.
The driver of the Lincoln Town Car is being questioned as to why he continued after the first collision.
