Earlier this year, popular U.S. carrier T-Mobile unveiled its own smartphone - the Revvl, which was priced at a very budget $150 price tag.
The Revvl Plus looks like a nice addition to T-Mobile's own-brand smartphone lineup. It will go on sale beginning November 17 in stores nationwide and online in a special edition black and magenta color scheme.
"We launched the REVVL family because we listen to our customers", said John Legere, president and CEO of T-Mobile. The normal REVVL packs Global Positioning System along with WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2, we assume the REVVL Plus has those same features, but they aren't listed. There's both a larger screen and battery, as well as improved cameras and security.
Under the hood, is a 2.0GHz octa-core processor, 3,380mAh battery, along with 2GB RAM and 32GB of native storage. The set offers 32GB internal storage with 128GB expandable option via microSD.
Around back sit the phone's dual cameras in a vertical arrangement, with one sensor weighing in at 13 MP and the other at 5 MP, while a fingerprint sensor is found right below.
The smartphone comes with a 6-inch Full HD display with screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Since then, the company has gone on to release its latest OS known as Android Oreo which officially launched in August. You can purchase the phone for $0 down and $9 a month for 18 months with Jump!
To remind you, T-Mobile Revvl, which was launched in August this year, is now sold for $6 down and $6 per month with EIP.
For its part, T-Mobile released a rock music-infused unboxing video for the Revvl Plus that seems to position the phone as a badass country legend, straight out of a hot pink box.
